Mark Stone, BES, MCIP, RPP
Mark has been a practicing land use planner for over three decades working in both the private and public sectors. Mark’s experience includes assisting clients with all types of municipal planning / development applications including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Plans of Subdivision and Condominium, Site Plan Approval, Severances and Minor Variances. Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of the planning process including: the design of site plans and subdivisions; preparation of application forms and supporting information; management of project teams; preparation of municipal staff reports and planning justification reports; and client representation at committee and Council meetings.
Mark is a registered Professional Planner (RPP) and member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).
